Frequently asked questions
- How much space do you need to set up?
- For the freestanding booth we need roughly 2m x 2m of floor space. For Stitch the VW camper we ideally need a level parking spot around 5m x 3m — grass, gravel or hard standing all work.
- Do you need a power socket?
- No. Both the camper and the freestanding booth run from our own generator, so we're completely self-sufficient wherever your event is.
- How long does setup take?
- We arrive around 60–90 minutes before your hire starts so we're fully set up and out of the way before your guests notice us. Pack-down takes around 45 minutes.
- Do the prints come out on the night?
- Yes — photo strips print within seconds of each session and every guest takes a copy home. You'll also receive a full digital gallery afterwards.
- Are props included?
- Absolutely. Every package includes our full prop box — hats, glasses, signs, wigs and a few seasonal surprises, all cleaned between events.
- Do you provide a booth attendant?
- Yes — two professional attendants stay with the booth for the entire hire to help guests, top up prints and keep everything running smoothly.
- How do I secure my date?
- A £100 booking deposit secures your date, with the balance due 30 days before your event. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
- Do you travel outside Essex?
- Yes — we regularly travel across the surrounding counties. Beyond our included travel radius we simply add a small per-mile charge.
